Have I heard of growth mindset before? No I haven't but when listening to the ted talk by Carol Dweck I quickly understood what it meant. In quick summary what I got from the video I watched She explained that students who fail in school can either have a growth mindset or a fixed mindset. The people with a fixed mindset didn't like to improve their work and they found ways to cope with it by looking for things such as who did worse than them in an exam to give themselves praise. The other group of people who had a growth mindset overcame the challange's they faced by not giving up but by doing things that assured them that they would do better than last time in an exam or whatever it may be. Carol Dweck also said that you shouldn't praise a young kid for doing something easy because it can mislead them into thinking they don't have to do a lot of work to get by in the future and everything will be easy and they will get praise for it. I think the growth mindset is

 My Introduction Hello. my name is Endijs Frisvalds, I am a second year student at TU Blanchardstown and I am studying creative digital media. I am 19 years old living in Clondalkin a good 2 hour bus ride away from college. In my free time I love going fishing or staying home and playing video games while my pet cat Simba sleeps in my bed doing whatever cats do. ( He sleeps a lot and I mean a lot ) My cat "Simba" I enjoy playing a variety of games that being story based or online co-cop mutliplayer. My favourite games from the last few years would be Red dead redemption 2, Genshin Impact and Rust. My future goals for my life would be firstly complete college and then get a job in an area that I enjoy. I enjoy graphic design and i enjoy taking picture but as of yet I am not set on an area yet because my choices may change and I think it's better that way. My favourite movie of all time is hard to choose because there used to be so many good ones. The top movies on my list

 My favourite game is "Voodoo Vince" Image Credit :TV Tropes give a detailed review about the game in the link provided( TvTropes - Voodoo Vince ) Voodoo Vince is my favourite game because it is the game I grew up with. As a child I loved this games as it was on my first every console the original xbox where I first experience really good games. Voodoo Vince remastered came out on the Xbox 1 and steam not long ago which was when I replayed the game for old sake and I still enjoyed the game just as much as I did when I was younger.
